Latest Update

We are still living in uncertain, unsettling and unpredictable times. If you feel that counselling, for whatever reason, might be beneficial to you at the moment, Exmoor Counselling service is offering online counselling and support. Please contact Exmoor Counselling for more information.

Hello, My name is Ali Morley. I am the founder of Exmoor Counselling Service. Recently I have been joined by other fully qualified and experienced Associate Counsellors, who share my passion and commitment to provide individual support to enable you to start moving forward.

We cover the whole of the UK.

How can we support you?

In the past, counselling was seen primarily as face-to-face sessions with a counsellor and client. However, the growth of digital technology has allowed counselling to develop and change how we view and access therapy.
The importance of this change has been evident during the Covid pandemic. We are all still living in very unsettling, and unpredictable times. Covid and lockdowns have increased the feelings of uncertainty, worry about the future, anxieties around employment and financial situations etc. This has understandably led to an increase of people needing support. Online counselling enables us to reach out across the whole of the UK. We can fit in with you and your busy lives.

Together we can move forward.

You may feel embarrassed, unable or unwilling to share your worries, concerns or issues with your friends and family. We can provide support, confidentiality and understanding to enable you to transform  your difficulties, issues and concerns into positivity and a new way forward.

No problem too big (or small)

What do, we do?

We passionately believe that counselling should be available to all. Our counsellors will provide you with a non judgmental, supportive, safe space for you to explore what has brought you to counselling, and how together, we can start to move forwards. What makes Exmoor Counselling online service so accessible is the ability to be flexible, and to fit in with your busy lives. We can provide individual and couple sessions. Depending on your individual needs, we can offer short and long term sessions. Please contact us to find out more.

There are many reasons why online counselling can overcome barriers.

You may be recently bereaved and need the comfort of your own home to talk about your loss:

Getting out and about may be difficult due to medical or physical conditions:

Perhaps you have transport problems, or live in rural or remote areas?

As parents of young children, you may have juggle your hours to fit in with school, pre-school etc or have to rely on babysitters:

As a couple, especially a working couple, there might be limitations on when you are both available?

Perhaps you work long hours or shift work:
